For the first time in the history of the famous Ernest Hemingway’s note books, the cover was designed by the Portuguese illustrator Ricardo Cabral. The city of Barcelona served the inspiration for the drawing which illustrates the special edition notebooks, for sale during September. For each Cover Art Journal, Moleskine has made a donation to a non-profit organization chosen by the artist. As a recipient of the Moleskine donation Ricardo Cabral has chosen AMI. Nice Job!
